Delivery time

Estimated delivery within the EU is usually 3-10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination country and courier network.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the address is incorrect or the customer does not collect it, we may deduct the return and reshipping costs from any refund where permitted by law.
