Refund and Returns Policy

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from most online purchases within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Return conditions

Returned items must be unused, clean, undamaged and sent back with original packaging where possible. Footwear should only be tried indoors on a clean surface.

How to request a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs may be non-refundable where allowed by law.

Exceptions

Used, damaged, customized, hygiene-sensitive or final-sale products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

Defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
